Not good but what can one do? Well I wrote to the GLA member who has responsibility for travel and he passed it on TfL who sent a very insolent and illiterate reply. I am composing my response to this egregious bore and parasite. He had the nerve to ask me to modify my language, having totally failed to appreciate that I had already done so.
